What is Twise?
Twise is an AI assistant that you embed on your website. It learns from your own content — your pages, PDFs, and videos — and answers visitors' questions in any of 92 languages, in text or speech, guiding them to the right page, product, or booking.
Most websites make people hunt. Menus, filters, a search box that matches words rather than meaning. Twise replaces the hunt with a question: a visitor asks for what they want, in their own words, and gets taken to it.

What it does
Answers from your content, not the open web
Twise answers from the sources you give it — your crawled pages, uploaded PDFs, videos, and product feeds. When it has nothing relevant, it says so rather than inventing an answer, and you can see every gap it hit in the insights.
Speaks 92 languages, and listens in them too
Visitors can type or use the microphone in their own language, and Twise replies in that language in text, speech, or both. Speech uses OpenAI or ElevenLabs voices, and you can supply a custom voice.
Shows things, not just paragraphs
Answers can include product cards, images, galleries, and links pulled from your own catalogue, so a question about a product ends on the product rather than a description of it.
Captures leads in the conversation
Twise can collect a name, email, or any field you define mid-conversation, and push each lead onward through Zapier to your CRM.
Tells you what visitors actually want
Insights group every question asked, every lead captured, and every message sent, and surface content gaps — the questions your site could not answer.
Looks like your site
Colours, fonts, layout, welcome card, and conversation starters are all configurable, and white-label removes Twise branding entirely.
How it works
- 01
Point it at your website
Give Twise your URL and it crawls the site, reads each page, and builds a searchable index of what you actually publish. You control which URLs are included with a blacklist.
- 02
Add anything the site does not say
Upload PDFs, videos, audio, and images to the knowledge library, or import a product catalogue as CSV or XML. Each source is reviewed before it goes live.
- 03
Set its voice and its limits
Choose the primary language, the tone, the speaking voice, whether it captures leads, and which topics it should stay inside.
- 04
Embed it
Paste one script tag, or install the Webflow or WordPress app. Pick a floating bubble, a search bar, an inline panel, or a full-page experience.
Add it to the site you already have
Any website
A single <script> tag in your page's HTML. It works on any stack — static sites, React, Vue, Rails, Shopify themes — because it mounts an iframe rather than touching your framework.
Webflow
A Webflow Designer extension that previews Twise on your real site and publishes the embed for you, so you never paste code into custom code settings.
WordPress
A WordPress plugin that installs the assistant and keeps it in sync with your posts and pages.
Zapier
Every lead Twise captures can trigger a Zap, which is how leads reach HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Slack, or anything else Zapier connects to.
Common questions
What is Twise?
- Twise is an AI assistant that you embed on your website. It learns from your own content — your pages, PDFs, and videos — and answers visitors' questions in any of 92 languages, in text or speech, guiding them to the right page, product, or booking.
How is Twise different from a chatbot?
- A scripted chatbot follows decision trees someone wrote by hand, and can only answer what it was scripted for. Twise reads your existing website and documents and answers from them, so it covers everything you publish without anyone writing dialogue. It also answers with product cards, images, and links rather than text alone.
What content can Twise learn from?
- Twise learns from your website (crawled page by page), individual web pages you add, PDFs, videos, audio, and images uploaded to its knowledge library, and product catalogues imported as CSV or XML. You choose the sources, and you can exclude URLs you do not want indexed.
How do I add Twise to my website?
- You add Twise with a single script tag in your page HTML. There is also a Webflow Designer extension and a WordPress plugin if you would rather not paste code. The script works on any stack, because the assistant renders in an iframe instead of hooking into your framework.
What languages does Twise support?
- Twise answers in 92 languages, in text and in speech, and detects the language a visitor writes in so it replies in the same one. That range comes from the OpenAI language and speech models underneath. In the admin you set a primary language, pick additional ones from a list of 32, and can restrict the assistant to reply only in the languages you actually support.
